My favorite adult poets are Robert Frost and Emily Dickinson. For middle readers, I love Jack Prelutsky and Shel Silverstein. And for younger readers I recommend Robert Louis Stevenson. And I can’t leave out
Mother Goose for that first introduction to poetry.
